Privacy Policy

This policy covers the goe-kcmo.com website. It explains what information the site collects, why, and what we do with it — in plain language, because that's how we'd want it explained to us. Clients who use our client portal are additionally covered by the portal's own privacy policy linked inside it.

What we collect, and why

• Estimate requests: when you ask for an estimate, we collect your name, contact details, address, and what you tell us about your project — so we can come look and quote it. That's the only use.
• Email guides ("The Almanac"): when you request a free guide, we collect your email to send it, and you join our list for occasional seasonal tips and promotions. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.
• Job applications: when you apply through our careers page, your name, phone, email and what you write are emailed directly to us and used only for hiring.
• Referral codes: if you enter or share a referral code, we track it to pay the referral reward — that's the whole purpose.
• Basic technical logs: like nearly every website, our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, pages loaded) used for keeping the site working and secure.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't send spam. We don't collect payment details through this website — payments happen off-site through whatever method we agree on together.

Who processes data for us

The site runs on Google Firebase (hosting and database, operated by Google LLC), and form submissions are delivered through EmailJS (email delivery). Both process data on our behalf to provide the service and are bound by their own privacy commitments. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

How long we keep things

Estimate requests and client records are kept as business records for as long as we're serving you (and as tax/business law requires afterward). Email-list signups are kept until you unsubscribe. Job applications are kept while we're hiring and then cleared out.

Your choices

Want your information corrected or deleted, or want off the email list? Email goekcmo@gmail.com or call/text 816-499-9204 and we'll take care of it. No forms, no runaround.

Children

This site is for adults arranging property services and employment. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
